We will create a web presence for your property showing all the features and attractions of your location to prospective customers. The package includes hosting and periodic updates to the site. Interested customers will send enquiries and we will respond, answer their questions and bring them to booking stage. For those wishing to book we can then take payments and send payments direct to you or deal with Canadian banks and accountants. Charges involve a set up charge for the web site, annual hosting charge and then simply a commission on all bookings achieved.

Partial Service

We can mix and match services according to your needs. If you don’t need the web site but need enquiry handling and payment handling this is no problem. Similarly if you are looking for a web site and marketing help but want to handle enquiries and payments yourself this works for us too.

Payment handling only
This can be the most difficult to set up so if you just want us to handle payments and work with your accountants then this minimum package is still on offer. We charge a low commission only for handling payments, charged only when you get a booking and we handle the charges.

Property Management in Canada
We’re not on the ground in Canada and can’t offer on site property management services. The ideal model is for you to have a local company who will meet and greet guests and maintain the property. You may also wish to have a Canadian accountant to handle all the taxes and work with government agencies there. These local contacts combined with our marketing, enquiry handling and payment processing capability is the ideal combination. With our experience of these relationships there is nothing more for you to do.
