Marketing and Rental Administration for Canadian holiday properties

Full service enquiry handling and payment collection:

We charge 15% of gross rental for each successful rental and nothing for unsuccessful enquiries. This includes payment collection, except for credit card or PayPal fees which are passed through to you at cost.

Payment collection: 
We charge 7.5% for each payment received and passed to you or nominated accountant. Again credit card or PayPal charges are passed through to you in addition at cost. If there are other combinations of services you would like to discuss please call us or e-mail and we can discuss a package.

Web development:
This varies according to the extent and complexity of the site. Generally expect to pay between £3,000 and £5,000 for a site similar to the Chalet Permain example shown. We will carry out an analysis of your needs and specify a fully costed website proposal. This will include options for annual hosting of the site, training on the content management system and ongoing support.
